The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply to the temporary holiday
letting of Moona Creek MAGIC.

The
owner reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions without
Notice.
To
secure your booking and for security reasons a copy of your drivers
license is to be attached to an email or sent by post to 24 Nicolle
Rd PRIMBEE NSW 2502 as well as a non-refundable payment payable
by EFT into our account.
Payment
of the rental tariff plus bond constitutes you and your guests accept
these Terms and Conditions.
Breaches
of these terms and conditions will result in loss, or part there
of, of BOND*. It is accepted that the word Bond is interchangeable
and as such covers all matters to do with Security, Breakage, Cleaning,
Repairs etc.
Balance
of the rental amount must be received in full, at least two weeks
prior to "DateIn". If not the owner has the right to cancel
the booking and attempt to re-let the property.
If
cancellation is caused by the client, money paid is not refundable
unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is
made due to the property being relet then a $150 cancellation fee
will apply.
The
owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available
as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations
to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
It
is understood that additional persons that are 16 years and over
are considered Adults for the purpose of determining a fair price
for your stay and persons over 1 to 15 years are referred to as
Children. Babies up to 1 year of age are not included in the pricing
equation. (A high-chair is permanently available but bathing and
sleeping arrangements are left to the discretion of parents).
The
Number of Guests shall not exceed the number stated on the "Confirmation
of Booking" email.
Parties
and Functions are STRICTLY prohibited. The price charged is for
domestic use only.
Disturbance
to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited. Loss
of bond will result if owners are contacted by neighbours and we
in turn need to get in touch with you during your stay.
Pets
are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing
with the owner.
The
pitching of tents is definitely not allowed, other than for use
by children for play. No fires of any sought are permitted.
Variations
to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with
the owner in writing.
The
owners take no responsibility for guests personal property.
Check-In
time is usually set at 2pm and Check-Out time is set for 10am. Variations
to these times, particularly check-out time, can only be made in
advance.
Provided
by the owners are Bath Mats, Blankets, Doonas and Pillows. An inventory
is available.
Guests will need to bring linen: Sheets, Towels, Pillowcases,
Tea Towels etc.

with no need to worry about carrying your own linen on holidays.
With high quality clean, crisp white sheets and soft white towels
gives you the feeling and comfort of you own home.
They do sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels, bath mats and
everything, which is great and the price is approx $14 per person
plus a deposit of $50. You just pick it up from them when you arrive

Concerning your BOND:
The
property should be left similar to how it was found. Only a
small portion of your rental tariff is for clean-up.
By
clean-up, as opposed to cleaning, we mean for our
cleaner not to have to spend time on remaking beds, or finding pillows
or furniture and returning them to their original place or folding
and putting blankets away etc.
Minimize
the clean-up, so the cleaner can focus on cleaning and you'll
get a bonus* with your Bond Refund.
Sufficient
utilities, detergents and solvents are provided to leave the house
tidy.
You
have a duty to disclose breakages or damage so we can be sure there
is replacement or repair in time for our next guests. The cost plus
10% of repair or replacement of damaged or broken property will
be debited from your bond unless the task is undertaken by you via
negotiated arrangement with us. If you don\t tell us something we
should know about you\ll lose your bond.
We
reserve the right to not disclose the terms of our cleaning contract
except to say that one and a half hours is set aside for cleaning
and should also be regarded by you as sufficient time under normal
conditions. If the house requires more than the allotted time to
get it ready for our next guests you will be charged extra at a
rate of $75 per hour.

We
will send an email at the conclusion of your stay asking for your
BSB and Account Details and ask whether there is anything we need
to know before we calculate your refund.
